The young girl at the counter was very helpful. Five stars just for her. She helped my young son choose a berger. Looking forward to my next visit.

Very layback atmosphere. Workers are kind and knowledgeable. Blackened fish salad, Philly Veggie Sandwich with 6 Onion Rings and coleslaw (-1 star for the thumbnail coleslaw)

I have loved the Craft Burger location on Old Milton Parkway and am very pleased to see that this new location retains the same quality and taste of the first location. The burgers are quite large, extremely flavorful and delicious, and never disappoint. The fries and mac and cheese fritters are very tasty and go well with the burgers. I highly recommend the K-Pop burger and the Craft Classic. The staff is very friendly, the outdoor seating is nice, and while it has not been implemented yet, there should be complimentary ice cream very soon. If you have not tried Craft Burger, I highly encourage; you will not be disappointed.

Consistency is key, and they have it. Fresh ingredients and clean presentation, accompanied by tastebud exciting flavors, make this place a winner. I found them on Uber eats, and look forward to visiting in person.

Large well built burgers, lots of variety, and options are plenty. Recommended the "effing" sauce and adding arugula...Soooo good.

I was on an Uber Eats delivery (Can y’all please tip) and I had an order here at Craft Burger By Shane. The smell slapped me in my face as soon as I walked in the door! Then, I saw the prices and couldn’t believe their burgers were so affordable! EriKa was the amazing cashier who helped me! I asked her was it better than BurgerPhi and she gave me an “Absolutely” and we laughed! I shared with her that I’ll be back! When I got back, Hillary, another amazing cashier helped me. I mean the menu was filled with so much awesomeness; I couldn’t even decide! She helped me, she was so patient with me! I decided on the Craft Burger and mannnnnn!!! It didn’t disappoint at all! 10/10!!!!!! For me to have ordered “well done”, the burger was soooo juicy!!! The “sauce”...which is ketchup, Mayo, mustard, jalapeno juice and pickle juice did it for me!!!! Y’all!! Please, when you have a minute and in the John’s Creek area, come visit! You will NOT be disappointed!!!

Can I say this is the prettiest burger I have ever seen!!!!! This was my first time going and experiencing Craft Burger. I was on the hunt for an impossible burger (which not many places have it available). Anywho... there was available parking, and the establishment is immaculate! The outside patio had a dog bowl or two, and it was extremely clean. Nice furniture! It is off the main road. Nemi provided fantastic service on me placing my first order. The wait time was fine, and I placed my order to go. Again, may I say... this is the prettiest burger I have ever seen!!!!! Now I am sure the name has something to do with it. I ordered the Craft Classic Burger. However, I completed a substitute for an Impossible Burger. Once my order was ready, Nemi brought it over to me in a sealed paper bag. Talk about service and protection! I arrived at my home and everything was still at a good temperature. Fries... YUM!! Cooked all the way through, crispy, flavorful, and not soggy. I took a quick bite of the burger and WOW!! It was a party in my mouth on how delicious this bite was! I definitely look forward to returning!!! No doubt about it! Plus... they have impossible burgers! Hee-Hee!!!!! Also, the menu is extremely interesting with a wide variety of things to try, especially with seafood options as well! (Sorry, I forgot to take a picture of the fries.) They were fantastic, by the way!

Visited on a whim, very happy we did. Didn't get anything fancy and probably could have ordered more efficiently in terms of cost, but it was worth it. Everything looked/smelled/tasted fresh. Tables and seats were clean. Truffle fries were amazing, even after becoming cold on the drive home. We don't live in Alpharetta, but would definitely eat here again if given the chance.
